Gastro Health is seeking a seasoned Physician Recruitment Manager to join our expanding team. This position is remote.  

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Independently manage full cycle recruitment process for physicians.

Implement search strategies for candidate generation and sourcing activities, including but not limited to advertisements, cold & warm calls, referrals, mailings and attendance at receptions and conventions.

Coordinate with Strategic Operations to develop comprehensive recruitment plans for specific practice openings assigned.

Manage open requisition process with practice, finance, and operations to ensure all openings are appropriate and updated.

Initiate contact and timely follow up with prospective candidates.

Screen and refer qualified candidates to Management Team. Follow-up with practice and candidates until mutual interest level is determined.

Conduct reference checks as requested.

Plan and oversee site visits and interviews for assigned areas, including personal travel to designated site, if required.

Present offers to candidates.

Review and respond to questions related to employment contracts. Negotiate terms or refer to Legal/Regional Management as appropriate.

Research and make recommendations for competitive compensation packages based on MGMA and market data.

Assist in the coordination of future workforce planning needs to ensure acceptable staffing levels at assigned practice locations.

Maintain on-going contact with targeted candidates throughout recruitment process.

Assist with planning and attending professional meetings and receptions.

Make suggestions for and execute ad placement (print & online) and meeting attendance as appropriate.

Network with our physicians & practitioners as well as prospective candidates to obtain referrals for our openings.

Refer qualified leads for acquisitions to Business development as appropriate.

Maintain relationships with GI fellowship programs, plan annual events for local programs

Maintain up-to-date candidate pipeline including candidate contact information and stage in recruitment process.

Track and report recruitment metrics on an annual basis.

Provide written and verbal reports on the status of openings as requested.

Represent Gastro Health to the physician community group on a national level. Act as liaison between current providers and potential future hires.

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university

5-7 years’ experience managing physician or clinical recruitment process

CPRP certification preferred

Excellent verbal, written and computer skills

Organizational skills

Problem solving skills

Detail oriented

Ability to travel (10-25 percent)
